You may have heard before that if taken in moderation whiskey can actually be very good for your health. Of course, if you drink too much it makes your brain all messed up and it relaxes your muscles a bit too much. But it does have some amazing benefits if consumed responsibly.
This is obviously something that our parents did not tell about and probably themselves don’t know why they felt so good after drinking the bottle after they put us to bed. Not sure why doctors are not more apt to share this info either so we thought that it would be suitable to share it with all of you.
